The Outernet Company is a small design and engineering studio, based in India and working worldwide. We build the websites, apps and internal software that growing businesses run on, and we finish what we start.
01Why we exist
The name is the point. Most agencies sell you a place inside the same system everyone else is in: the same template, the same stack, the same page you have already seen a hundred times. We are interested in the bit outside that.
It costs almost nothing to generate a website now, which means a generated website is worth almost nothing. The advantage has moved. It sits with the people willing to understand a business first and build second.
So that is what we do. We look at how your enquiries actually arrive, what your team actually does all day, and where the money is actually leaking. Then we build the smallest thing that fixes it, for a price and a date agreed in writing.

Every project starts with your business, not a template. If we cannot explain why something exists, it does not get built.
One price, one date
Agreed before we start and held to. Hourly billing rewards slow work, so we do not bill that way.
Ship it, then hand it over
Production code, deployed, with the repo and the files. A design file is not a finished project.
Say the inconvenient thing
If a small fix solves your problem, we will tell you, even when a bigger project would pay us better.
