Swap a scooter battery in two minutes, from your phone
Rider and operator apps for an EV battery swapping network: find a station, generate a QR, swap and go.

The problem
Charging an electric scooter takes hours a delivery rider does not have. Swapping the flat pack for a charged one takes two minutes, but only if the rider can find a station that still has stock, prove who they are, and hand the battery over without paperwork. Every one of those steps used to be a phone call.
What riders get
One app showing nearby stations on a live map with how many charged packs each one actually holds and when it is open, routing there through Google Maps. Handover is a one-time QR that expires after five minutes, so a screenshot is worth nothing. State of charge, wallet balance, swap history and where the current battery is all sit on the same screen.
Getting on the road
Sign-up is a three step paperless KYC through DigiLocker, a driving licence or an ID proof, so a new rider is approved the same day rather than the same week. The wallet tops up through a payment gateway, bills per swap with the full history visible, and warns before the balance runs out, because a stranded rider is the failure that actually costs something.
The other side of the counter
Station operators get their own mode in the same app: a fast scanner that authenticates rider and pack together, live inventory of which batteries are charged, charging or out of service, and swap logs that add up into numbers worth reading at the end of a shift.
The result
Live on the Play Store, in daily use by riders and station staff, with a swap taking about as long as parking the scooter.
