A therapy practice that feels safe before you have read a word
Brand, site and booking for a psychotherapist working with young adult women across Australia.

The problem
Mourbi is a counsellor and psychotherapist working with young adult women through anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship patterns they keep repeating. Booking a first session is already the hard part. A site that felt clinical, or salesy, or like one more listing in a therapy directory would have made it harder.
What we found
People do not arrive at a therapy site looking for credentials first. They arrive wanting to know whether this person will understand the specific thing they are carrying. If the page cannot answer that in the first screen, the credentials never get read at all.
What we built
The site opens on the promise, from self-doubt to self-worth, and then names the things people actually come in with: chronic worry, self-criticism, limerence, emotional numbness, long-term relational trauma. Someone recognising themselves in that list is the entire job of the homepage.
Warm, without going soft
Type and colour do most of the work: a serif that reads calm rather than corporate, a warm palette that stays legible, and enough space that nothing feels rushed. Two clear ways in, a free consultation or a full session, and confidentiality said plainly on the first screen instead of buried in a policy page.
The result
A practice that looks like a practice rather than a directory entry, with a booking flow a nervous person can finish on a phone, at night, without talking to anyone first.
